Family members, friends and loved ones of those with substance use disorders or other behavioral health issues; the general community; substance users and those with other behavioral health issues.
The media mix for this campaign included outdoor billboard placements, bus shelters and buses throughout Hamilton County. Additional media placement included digital ads on desktop and mobile devices as well as Facebook and Nextdoor digital newsfeed ads.
