IDNYC Campaign Launches in New York City
In a crowded Queens Library on Monday, New York City mayor, Bill de Blasio, announced the arrival of IDNYC - Better World Advertising’s latest collaboration with the City.
IDNYC is a free identification card for all New York City residents. As a government-issued photo identification card, IDNYC provides peace of mind to all residents, irrespective of immigration status. IDNYC bestows card holders with benefits throughout the five boroughs, including things like museum and performing arts center memberships. The card will also be accepted as a library card across the City’s three public library systems and recognized as identification to open an account at several banks and credit unions.
BWA is proud of this collaboration with New York City and could not agree more with Mayor de Blasio that NYC residents, “can’t afford not to have an IDNYC card.”
