Disclose HIV

Goal: 
To reduce HIV infection through discussion and informed decision making
Results: 
80% said the “Disclosure” ad “got my attention right away,” 72% felt the “Status Sorting” message was appropriate for gay and bisexual men in SF and 27% said they were more likely to get tested for HIV or encourage partners to get tested as a result of seeing the “HIV Testing” ad.

To increase HIV testing among high-risk youth

HIV Stops With Me: Faces

Goal: 
To reduce HIV transmission and stigma
Results: 
88.8% of respondents correctly identified the main messages of the campaign: preventing the spread of HIV from those who have it, safe sex with partners, encouraging self-esteem among people with HIV and decreasing stigma, internalizing personal responsibility and disclosure of HIV status. 62% were more likely to use condoms with HIV-negative partners, or partners of unknown status. 65.5% were more likely to believe that they have a responsibility to protect their partners.
